A timeless tradition
When innovation meets tradition
In honour of Madame Bollinger’s innovative approach to recommend that sommeliers taste R.D. with food, the Maison has chosen to enhance the 2008 vintage by pairing it with the exceptional PGI Piedmont hazelnuts.
So we went to Cravanzana, a small town in Italy’s Langhe region, to meet Emanuele Canaparo, whose family has been producing hazelnuts for over 50 years.
A natural pairing
