The Maison has made the bold decision to partner with two-star Italian chef, Gian Piero Vivalda to unveil this pairing between Bollinger R.D. 2008 and Piedmont hazelnuts.
This Piedmontese chef, who inherited his passion for cooking from his grandfather, works in his authentic, innovative
restaurant, Antica Corona Reale. The chef will use all of his creative skill to put together an exclusive pairing menu centred
around hazelnuts to highlight the new vintage of Bollinger R.D.
